Bug fix
- It is useless that can't use default values for "database" parameter if it use server that is created by "CREATE SERVER" statement without "database".
- Can't delete records if you execute DELETE statement using "spider_select_column_mode=1" without PK.
- Server crash at using "engine_condition_pushdown" through VP.
- Return wrong result if SELECT statement has "<" or "<=" with "order by XXX desc"
