A tiny helper to produce not trivially spoofable, easily sharable cookies.

Can be used to provide an X-ish timestamp-based focus-stealing-prevention approach, while making it sufficiently difficult to spoof that clients don't bother to try.

History has shown that if it's *easy* to spoof, clients will don fake mustaches and glasses at the first hint of FSP.
