SpreadUbuntu has two important aspects to itself:
 * The "DIY part" is a material repository and resource for local initiatives and LoCo Teams.
 * The "Site part" is a website that offers crossroads to new users and marketeers, and should help the new user to become a contributor and UbuSpreader(tm).
