Spurge RGTP server

Registered 2009-03-29 by Thomas Thurman

Spurge is a server for the RGTP protocol as also used in the Cambridge GROGGS system. Put another way, Spurge is the Simple Python User-friendly Reverse Gossip Engine.

Spurge is a simple implementation of the RGTP protocol. All the ordinary user commands are implemented, but few of the editor commands. It can be used along with yarrow ( https://launchpad.net/yarrow ) to produce a simple web-based bulletin board with a well-defined client API.
