Release notes:

From release version 1.1.6 we decided to remove support for the Airport Express 1st generation. Bluetooth function were removed as they add not much to the out of the box functionality which is now satisfying.

Furthermore there were security issues with using the apt installation from within the app. Missing applications will still be displayed but they will have to be installed manually using our preferred package manager.

Last not least several bugs from deprecated Python library were fixed to make the app ready for Python >= 3.8.

0.3-series release from the gtk2 series released

Release notes:

This is the last release supporting GTK2. This branch is deprecated and will not be maintained.

Added feature to auto-run the media player selected in preferences on successful connection. Improved handling of command to run after connection has established. This is now also possible in `Auto' mode. The command given is run one time only.

When upgrading from v 0.2.x remove configuration files ices-s2ip.xml, ices-s2ip.conf,
and darkice-s2ip.cfg from ~/.stream2ip to get updated versions.

The manual for the 0.2.x releases is outdated. A new version of the manual is integrated in the 0.3.x packages.
