Release notes 

This is the last release supporting GTK2. This branch is deprecated and will not be maintained.

Added feature to auto-run the media player selected in preferences on successful connection. Improved handling of command to run after connection has established. This is now also possible in `Auto' mode. The command given is run one time only.

When upgrading from v 0.2.x remove configuration files ices-s2ip.xml, ices-s2ip.conf,
and darkice-s2ip.cfg from ~/.stream2ip to get updated versions.

The manual for the 0.2.x releases is outdated. A new version of the manual is integrated in the 0.3.x packages.
