This project is more or less a test of my ability to write code, but it does have real world advantages.

I was approached by someone who wanted alerts for a webmail account which didn't have unity wepapps integration. I figured that as long as the webmail also had imap or pop access, I could write something that could check for emails when the brower is closed, or hidden on another desktop.

Thus SuperMail was born.
