As promised, 0.7.1 is mainly a bugfix release, I kept the new stuff to a minimum. I removed all the dead services and updated the ones that work. Also, services can supply a set of extra http headers if that is required.

After almost 2 years of silence, I decided to fix up the version and dump the url shortening services that don't work. Wait for 0.7.1 release soon...
