Additional scripts for use with a tacacs+ server, which others may find useful.

Currently, the following additional applications are included:

tac_adduser - add a user to an external password file
tac_chpasswd - change the password of a user in the external password file
tac_deluser - delete a user from the external password file

The above programs are useful if you want to have a seperate password file for your users, outside the normal system password file.

There is an example conf file included in the examples source directory as well.
