First public release of TagBoy

I've (finally) uploaded TagBoy for general use. It uses pyexiv2/exiv2 to do command line grep/find operations on the tags in image files. Try: nroff -man tagboy.1, or: tagboy -h to get help.

It works fine for me, but consider it experimental. This is very much a spare time project for me, but feedback is always welcome.
