This is a plugin for trac 0.11 that adds iterations to milestones, overrides the roadmap, renaming it to burndown, to show progress on milestones and iterations, and adds a new backlog view to show ticket associations to milestones and iterations. It is currently tied to a custom workflow, and requires both the Advanced Ticket Workflow plugin and the Timing and Estimation plugin to work.
