Bug Description

Multilib builds of cross compiler generate packages with broken dependencies:

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libhfobjc3-armel-cross:
libhfobjc3-armel-cross depends on gcc-4.6-base (>= 4.6.1-9ubuntu3cross1.55); however:
  Version of gcc-4.6-base on system is 4.6.1-9ubuntu3.
dpkg: error processing libhfobjc3-armel-cross (--install):
dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libhfobjc3-dbg-armel-cross:
libhfobjc3-dbg-armel-cross depends on libhfobjc3-armel-cross (= 4.6.1-9ubuntu3cross1.55); however:
  Package libhfobjc3-armel-cross is not configured yet.
dpkg: error processing libhfobjc3-dbg-armel-cross (--install):
dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of gobjc-4.6-multilib-arm-linux-gnueabi:
gobjc-4.6-multilib-arm-linux-gnueabi depends on libhfobjc3-armel-cross (>= 4.6.1-9ubuntu3cross1.55); however:
  Package libhfobjc3-armel-cross is not configured yet.
dpkg: error processing gobjc-4.6-multilib-arm-linux-gnueabi (--install):

attached patch should solve issue
