  * Mark package as autopkgtest-able.
  * Add a Suggests and debian/tests/pkg-perl/syntax-skip for optional
    dependencies. Thanks to autopkgtest.
  * Bump debhelper compatibility level to 10.
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.1.3.
