tardiff (0.1-7) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Revamp package description to be more precise and more verbose.
  * Mention diffoscope as the "big hammer" alternative in the package
    description and add a Suggests on "diffoscope-minimal | diffoscope".
  * Remove no more needed lintian override for "no-upstream-changelog".
  * Bump packaging copyright years in debian/copyright. Thanks Lintian!
  * Bump debian/watch version to 4. (But the watch file is a no-op. :-)
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.6.1. (No changes needed.)
  * Bump debhelper-compat level to 13.
