  * Team upload.
  * Use wrap-and-sort for debian control files
  * Add Conflicts with package "metar", as we both provide a manpage metar.1.
    Due to the low popcon and dead upstream of metar, a conflict seems
    to be justified instead of more complex solutions like using the
    alternatives system.

  * Add --as-needed to the linker call to avoid useless dependencies
