+ New patch wxpy3.0-compat.patch, incorporating updated version of
01_wx24_fix.patch.

+ Add myself to Uploaders.
+ Merge Build-Depends and -Indep. The both had to be installed anyway

- debian/pycompat
- debian/source.lintian-overrides
