  * d/p/mysql-8.0.patch: The config file my_global.h and my_sys.h are
    removed in mysql8 and only mysql.h needs to be included. Removed
    the obsolete include.
  * d/p/fix-empty-error-vector-usage.patch: avoid out of bounds usage of
    errors gsl vector.
  * d/p/fix-failed-model-initialization.patch: fix failed model init in
    apop_arms_draw
  * d/p/skip-too-different-result-cases.patch: skip self-tests with
    changed accuracy
