  * Try to support BSD and co userland.
  * Drop support for rsync < 3.0.
  * Break siblings out of push lock wait if timeout hits.
  * Disable incremental recursive mode.
  * Make tar generation reproducible. (closes: #856860)
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.1.4, no changes.
  * Lower rsync timeout to 120 seconds. (closes: #882381)
