Missing dependency

Confirmed. If compiz-gnome isn't installed, the Desktop Effects settings thingy says
"Failed to execute child process "gtk-window-decorator" (No such file or directory)"
when trying to enable desktop effects.

This should be fixed changing the dependencies of compiz-core.

Actually it recommends compiz-gnome | compiz-kde. It should depend on them.

As told on irc: changelog entries shouldn't exceed 80 chars. I've fixed that and uploaded it. Please mark the bug "Fix Released" once it has been built on all arches.
