* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- Revert library name change since this package has no reverse
dependencies. Provide reversed Conflicts/Replaces, which can be dropped
after the xenial release.

* New upstream release.
* Remove patch for sequential read mode fix, this release contains it.
