Change log for device3dfx package in Ubuntu

device3dfx (2013.08.08-6) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Now using Standards-Version 4.3.0 (no changes needed).
  * Switch to debhelper compat version 11.
  * Change the kdist_clean target to depend on prep-deb-files instead of
    clean, to get a proper debian/control file instantiated. Closes: #917858
  * Remove reference to dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot option from
    README.Debian, it has been the default for a long time now.
