  * Initial release, based on X team's PPA packaging branch.
    (lp:~indicator-applet-developers/evolution-indicator/packaging)
  * debian/control: Add Homepage:, Vcs-Bzr:, and fix package
    description.
  * debian/copyright: Properly describe license and clean up some
    boilerplate.
  * debian/rules: Drop some unused cdbs includes.
  * debian/rules: Remove .a/.la clutter (should be fixed upstream
    eventually).
  * debian/rules: Do not generate maintainer script snippets with
    ldconfig.
