  * New upstream release:
    - Fix quite/quiet typo (closes: #546799).
    - Do not limit FAT32 usage on small partitions (closes: #969129).
  * Update debian/copyright: upstream is now GPLv3+.
  * Update packaging metadata for new upstream location.
