Thanks for your bug report. Could you please install firefox-dbg and try to obtain a backtrace (or crash report) by following the instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingFirefox This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

Which flash package do you have installed?
Which Java package do you have installed?
Which firefox extensions do you have installed?

Thanks
David

I'll get that installed and see if I can replicate.

I don't. It's not free software.

Ditto.

Adblock and Web Developer Toolbar.

Had similar issue, clicked link to calendar in Google for my Domain. Opened new window for calendar and froze for a while. Asked to force quit, then closes by itself.

I was on myspace.com, had received a friend request, and chose to deny it. I clicked on the checkbox to select the person, hit the Deny Selected button, and a message box was supposed to pop up asking me if I really wanted to do that, giving the option to select yes or no.

The message box/window popped up largely transparent, with no text visible. When I tried to click on the message box, Firefox exited without notice and I received the box letting me report a bug.

Can you give us a few pages with different types of media content on
myspace.com, so I can play around a bit?

we need at least one duplicate ... which we haven't received for some time. Either this is an old issue or it was related to some plugin/extension combination.
