Change log for fontconfig package in Ubuntu

fontconfig (2.6.0-1ubuntu10) jaunty; urgency=low

  * debian/patches/07_no_bitmaps.patch: enable 70-no-bitmaps.conf by
    default; we add it to the CONF_LINKS in conf.d/Makefile.am,in to
    fix regressions reported (LP: #305394, #344629)
  * debian/fontconfig-config.postinst: also exclude 70-no-bitmaps.conf from
    "drop debconf transition" to ensure that it doesn't get removed
    automatically (LP: #305394, #344629)
  * debian/patches/20_anymetric.patch: drop rules and code patch that
    introduced FC_ANY_METRICS - this change never made it upstream and
    firefox doesnt use it anymore.

  * Until firefox and thunderbird can be tought to use it's own
    idea of font replacements:
  * Disable the usage of metric and shape compatible fonts for the
    3 Adobe families. evince cannot display documents correctly
    with these replacements not beeing available, but web browsers not
    using these fonts look definitely nicer.

  * Revert the 2.3.2-1ubuntu2 change, readd the aliases for the
    Helvetica, Times and Courier families to point to the URW Nimbus
    fonts.

    Rationale:
    - Without these aliases, existing documents (i.e. PDF and Postscript)
      using these font families cannot be correctly viewed. fontconfig would
      find the metric incompatible DejaVu font as a replacement.
    - Firefox can be configured not to use the fonts defined by the webpage.
