  * Merge from debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Drop modprobing fuse module, it's builtin on ubuntu.
    - debian/fuse.udev:
      + Don't install the udev rules; we require the fuse module to be
        built-in, and mountall/systemd handle mounting /sys/fs/fuse/connections.
