  * New upstream version 11.10.2+dfsg
  * Rediff patches
  * Use static manpages, Remove dependency on ronn
    to avoid installing ruby.
  * Target experimental to test tbb/onetbb transition #1007222
    11.10.2 upstream source should be ready for it.
