    - Revert wrong arch-filtering of build-deps, which causes build failures.

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Remove the seemingly unnecessary build dependency
    on clang-format-4.0. (Closes: #893408)
  * Update the build dependency from ruby-ronn to ronn.
