  * Backport GCC 7.5 to xenial for building Firefox (LP: #1856861)
    - install the toolchain to /usr/lib/gcc-mozilla
    - disable NVPTX offload (requires nvptx-tools which isn't in xenial)
    - disable Ada support
    - disable Go support
    - disable Fortran support
