gcj doesn't implement the HmacMD5 Algorithm, which is required by eclipse for extssh

This is related to bug #40013 on eclipse.

java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: DESede/CBC/NoPadding: DESede
updatekeys: java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: HmacMD5

closing as won't fix in gcj-4.1, you could recheck with gcj-4.4, but currently we are using OpenJDK as the default java implementation
