    "cups" output device: Added support for PWG Raster output
    ("-sMediaClass=PwgRaster"), PPD-less printing with margins supplied via
    "-c '<</.HWMargins[12 12 12 12] /Margins[0 0]>>setpagedevice'", and fixed
    rounding float numbers to integer.
