    + Change homepage to new project.
    + Update standards version to 3.9.1.
    + Update long description to reflect that a GNOME applet is no longer used.

    + Update build dependencies for new upstream build system (python-distutils).

    + Add new upstream author.
    + Change download location to new project.

    + Update to debhelper 7.

    + Remove all rules and replace with debhelper template because upstream build system has changed.

    + Update to new download location on

    + Remove TODO and NEWS; they no longer exist upstream.

glipper: Clipboard manager for GNOME

 Glipper appears in the notification area. It maintains a history of text
 copied to the clipboard from which you can choose. It supports a
 configurable number and length of clipboard entries and saves the
 clipboard history on exit. It also uses plugins to give the user extra
 functionality, including support for Actions, Snippets and No-Paste.
