This is a rebuild test, no other changes.

    * debian/patches/12_add_de_translation.dpatch: removed autom4te.cache
      directory.

This is the debian/changelog of -3.

Changelog states:

gpaint (0.2.4+0.3.0pre5-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added German translation.
  * Bumped Standards-Version to 3.7.2, no changes needed.
