  * Use dh-autoreconf instead of autotools-dev to also fix FTBFS on ppc64el by
    getting new libtool macros (still updates config.{sub,guess}).
  * Disable -Werror to fix FTBFS while autoreconfing.
  * Build-depend on help2man to fix FTBFS.
