“highlight” 3.8-2 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

highlight (3.8-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * remove faulty postrm; this script caused a file owned by
highlight-common to be removed when highlight is removed.
This is related to, but does not fix #662748.
