Bug Description
Binary package hint: istanbul
Istanbul needs python-gconf to run and its not listed as a depends. When installed on kubuntu you have to go back and install python-gconf. This is like this on edgy and feisty that i know of.

Same here. The package 2.16.0-0ubuntu6 is indispensable for running istanbul. If not you get an ImportError missing gconf module.
