k3b 1.0 was released yesterday.

Besides other changes this is the first version which supports cdrkit and libcdio.
IMHO it would be nice to switch to this version before the release of feisty.

I'm waiting for it on Feisty! It won't break other software, so there's no reason not to be included.

Feisty need multimedia support, shuttleworth himself said it, we need to change version as soon as possible (now)....
it coold be a great idea to use the 1.0 version for feisty, I agree.

I built it from source (checkinstall) here on feisty and it seems to really fix some bugs :)
