Bug Description
Binary package hint: konqueror
There is no obvious reason for this, it just happens suddenly, about once a day, usually with Konqueror, but it has also happened for a couple of other applications (Kopete and Konversation IIRC). The backtrace always involves QPixmap, like the one in
https:/
It is mildly annoying .. Kubuntu almost seems unstable!

Noting that this has not happened the first 5 days after dist-upgrading to feisty.

About your last backtrace with debugging symbol, I think it is a known issue in KDE upstream reported in KDE bug 112960. Thanks for your complete report.

I lost track when 4.1.0 got released, so it either got fixed there or it will be in a bit more than 2 weeks for 4.1.1
