  * Team upload.
  * New upstream release:
    - requires AqBanking 6 (Closes: #942417)
  * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
    - bump libaqbanking-dev to 5.99.32
    - bump libgwenhywfar-core-dev, and libgwengui-qt5-dev to 4.99.16
    - explicitly add gettext
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.1, no changes required.
  * Add the configuration for the CI on salsa.
  * Remove changelog entry for binNMU (not needed).
