  * Drop integration component, removing dependency on easymock and
    associated dependency chain which pulls Maven into main:
    - d/rules: Don't install the integration jar.
    - d/p/disable-integration.patch: Drop integration classes from
      bigjar target and general compilation.
    - d/control: Drop BD on libeasymock-java.
    - d/rules: Rename EasyMock dependent files during package build.
