  * Remove broken link /etc/udev/rules.d/libmtp7.rules, libmtp7
    leftover.
  * debian/control{,.in}:
    - Change my email address.
    - Bump Standards.
    - Remove DM-Upload-Allowed: yes.
  * Add debian/gbp.conf file.
  * Add .gitignore file.
