    - rsvg-view: Better error message
    - Rename rsvg.1 to rsvg-convert.1 and update for rsvg-convert's options
    - gtk-engine: Link against GModule
    - build: Remove obsolete librsvg.def file
    - Add some extra parentheses to fix GCC warnings
    - Remove now unused or unneeded variables and functions
    - build: Add more compiler warnings
  * Drop 01_gmodule_link.patch, applied upstream.
  * Update 10_rsvg-gz.patch for new upstream release.
