[UVF Request] Please update Listen to 0.5

This is the new url of the project:

http://www.listen-project.org/

listen 0.5 isn't in Debian, so I've updated it. This is the changelog:

We are in upstream version freeze. You'll need to request a freeze exception (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess) if you want this for Feisty.

I Freezy Exception to include Listen 0.5 in Ubuntu Feisty Fawn (universe repositories).

As the packages haven't got a ChangeLog entry, I've added it from the Upstream page (I've requested it to be included in the package, and now it's in the trunk).

I'm using Listen since February 15th without any problem. It's runs really fine!

So please, consider including this in the Universe repository!

Just one change: changed X-Original-Maintainer to XSBC-Original-Maintainer. (the build and install logs are with this change).
