  * debian/patches/14_fix_ga_download.patch: Updated to surpress unnecessary
    extraction of Global Arrays tarball, which results in reversing some
    patches and leads to build failures.
  * debian/rules (LIBMPI): Use -lmpif77 on mpich architectures.
