  * debian/control (Build-Depends): Removed texlive-latex-base.
  * debian/nwchem.doc-base: Removed file.
  * debian/nwchem-data.install: No longer install the PDF manual.
  * debian/rules (override_dh_auto_build-indep): Target removed.
