pcsx2 (1.4.0+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release. (Closes: #811453)
  * Update the list of files that get removed due to DFSG.
  * debian/control:
    - Switch the build-dependency from SDL1.2 to SDL2.
    - Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.7 (no changes needed).
    - Use HTTPS in the Vcs-* fields.
  * debian/rules:
    - Include the file with the various cheats.
  * Remove unused lintian override.
