/usr/share/perl5/PilotMgr.pm is not executable

Bug Description

the /usr/bin/pilot-manager and /usr/bin/PilotManager files are symlinks to /usr/share/perl5/PilotMgr.pm. Unfortunately, since this file is not marked as executable, it is necessary to run the program as "perl /usr/bin/pilot-manager" (or PilotManager).

The script should probably be made executable, or the bin files should be wrappers instead of symlinks.

Previously dh_fixperms was changing the permissions on the main executable. Added -X pm to stop it from modifying perl modules.
