[ Martin Pitt ]
* pg_createcluster: Disable copy-on-write semantics for data directory on
btrfs and similar file systems. It eats a lot of performance and isn't
necessary for data integrity.
* debian/supported-versions: Welcome Ubuntu 15.04!
