* new upstream version
* d/rules: remove unnecessary static libraries to bring standards-version
to 3.9.1.0 (closes: #633275)
* change d/copyright to machine-readable copyright-format to bring
standards-version to 3.9.3.0
* bump standards-version to 3.9.8.0 (no other changes required)
* update d/compat to level 10 (closes: #817661)
- d/control: B-D on debhelper > 10
* switch to dpkg-source 3.0 (quilt) format
* switch from cdbs to debhelper
- remove B-D on cdbs
- update d/rules to dh sequencer
- remove unnecessary static libraries for modules in
install override
- scim-kmfl-imengine.(docs|install) no longer required
* add watch file to check for newer upstream version
