sosreport (3.9.1-1ubuntu6) groovy; urgency=medium

  * Follow python3 packaging style guide:
   - d/rules: sosreport no longer installs in its
     legacy/former location '/usr/share/sosreport/'
     in favor of the default common location

   - d/rules: No longer need to disable all actions
     for Python 2.X.

   - d/sosreport.links: Remove the sosreport binary
    symlink as it is now installing by default at
    the right location.
